Strength 1a. Hover Snatch. Build up to 1 RM. Went to #165 before stopping due to my hip hurting 1b. Overhead Squat. 4 x 5 @155, 2 x 2 @185, 1 x 1@195 Stopped due to the hip MetCon Open WOD 13.5 Got 77 reps (9 more than in 2013). Felt off for the C2B pull ups.
