Today's WOD:
Strength:
Build a 1 RM Power Clean. Went to #225 before my lower back started to hurt.
WOD #1:
20 Min Time Cap to complete 100 Thrusters @135. EMOM, 5 Burpees.
Did 63 Thrusters within the time cap. A few months ago, i did the same word but with 20 DU EMOM instead of the burpees and got only 29 Thrusters. Yay me!
WOD #2:
50 Chest-to-Bar Pull ups
20 Muscle Ups
50 Chest-to-Bar Pull Ups
19:16, Rx. Ideally, i needed about 3-4 hours to rest between to 2 words. i only took about 30 minutes due to schedule conflict.
My arms were pretty tired from the thrusters but pretty happy about the volume done today.
Feels great to give it your all towards something you really enjoy doing.
