Good morning blog, Even though i am away for WAC Conference championships, i am staying focus on performing the best i can at the 2014 Crossfit open games. Today is a rest day due to my work schedule. I am staying on point with food. I went to a grocery store rather than eating out. Bien le bonjour mon blog, Meme si je suis en deplacement toute la semaine pour les championnats de conference, je reste tres proche de mon regime. Aujourd'hui, entre reunion et autre taches je profite d'une bonne journee de repos.
