Very apprehensive about this workout due to the wrist. All movements hurt...
GYMNASTICS
Bar Muscle Ups-5×2 EMOM
Could not string them together...
WEIGHTLIFTING
10 minutes to find 1 RM of complex
1 Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat
Verry happy i did #155 Power Snatch (PR) with the OHS. Did not hurt too bad.
METCON
10 minute AMRAP:
10 Power Snatches (135/95)
10 Over the bar burpees
10 Overhead Squats (135/95)
10 Ring Muscle Ups
1 round + 10 PS + 10 Burpees. Very happy the PS were easy due to a better technique (finally dropping under the bar).
