METCON
1. Airdyne Intervals: 5 sets of one minute max effort/one minute rest
Avg 45
2. Row Intervals: 8x150m-Rest 30 seconds between each
Avg 28 sec
3. Double Unders-10×30-EMOM
Avg 20 sec for 30 DU
4. 400m run all out
**Rest 2 minutes between each exercise**
