Mobility Warm Up 1,000m Row 150 Double Unders Gymnastics & Weightlifting Clock set at 24 minutes 12 minutes to warm up on Hang Cleans & Deficit HSPU 6 minutes Max Deficit HSPU 2pl/1.25pl. Did only about 12 due to my wrist... No Rest 6 minutes to find 3RM Hang Squat Clean. Stopped at 186lbs. New PR but i think i could have done heavier. Conditioning 24 C2B Pull Ups 30 T2B 25 DB or KB G2OH 60/45 20 Pistols Accessary 25 Burpees Muscle Ups
