Weightlifting 12 minutes to find 1RM Clean Went to 205. Tried 225 but was afraid my wrist wouldn't go for that... Weighted Pull-Ups 5 x 3 @45lbs Strict Pullups 10 x 5 METCON 20 minutes on the clock Odd minutes: 100m Row (Avg 1:25) Even minutes: 2 Cleans at 75% of 1RM (Did it with #175. Felt ok)
