Saturday WOD, team of 2 (Joe Lin was my partner) With a 30lbs Med Ball, one time for time: - Warfit 800 carrying the ball - 100 Squat Toss (50 each) - 80 Situps Toss (40 Each) - 60 Pushups Toss (30 Each) - 40 Pull ups (one hold the med ball at the feet while the other do pull ups) (20 each) - 400m run with med ball 19:34 RX +
