Today is a strong man day. Lifting awkward things that are heavy... Weightlifting Stone to Shoulder-5×1 EMOM or 5 minutes of technique work Usually, my wrist doesn't let me lift very heavy. i end up using the 80lbs med ball. Somehow today, Ryan was grabbing the 80lbs one and ask me to move the 150lbs... when i actually did it, realise that it is a 70lbs PR, i figure i might as well just keep going with it. So did 5 set of 1 Med Ball to Shoulder (150lbs) Bench Press- 10 minutes to establish 3 RM Once again, i have proof that bench is one of my weaknesses... Did go to #185... not event my BW (190...) I need to work on this. METCON Teams of 2 3 Rounds for time: 10 Stone to Shoulder (#150) 30 Bench Press (155/105) 50 KB Swings (53/35) NOTE: Note: You and your partner can break the reps up however you like, but you CAN NOT move onto next movement until all reps are complete at that particular movement. Andrew was my partner in crime today. I have to apologize to him, considering the fact that i had a hard time with the bench press (as you can imagine...) 22:42 Rx and pretty slow if we compared to others in the gym... Did the stone pretty easily and the KB unbroken...
