Skill: 1a) 5×5 Toes to Bar, EOMOM – Even minutes 1b) 5×1 Max Distance Broad Jump – Odd Minutes Strength: 1) 15 minutes to find 1RM Snatch (Squat) (#95, wrist) 2) 10 minutes to find 1RM Stone to Shoulder (Cant do it, wrist) Conditioning: 21.15.9 Hang Muscle Snatch 95/65 Toes to Bar 7:42, Rx. Hang muscle snatch and wrist don't go along!
