Strength:
1) 10 minutes to Establish 1RM Deadlift. (435)
2) Deadlifts: 80% every 20 seconds for 3 minutes for 22 total reps (275)
3a) 3XME Strict Pull-ups – EOMOM
3b) 3X7 Strict BB Good Mornings – Super set w/ 3a

Conditioning:
