2) Bench Press: 10 minutes to find 1 rep max (215, new PR)
Conditioning
Every even minute for 12 minutes:
3 Clean & Jerks (full squat) @ 80%. Did it at 85# cuz of my wrist...
Every odd minute for 11 minutes:
15 Burpees
