Row: 3X1000m – rest 1:1 – 30 burpee penalty for every set that deviates +/- 5 sec. from the fastest set.
Avg: 3:41. No Burpees
Run: 3X800m – rest 1:1 – 25 burpee penalty for every set that deviates +/- 5 sec. from the fastest set.
Avg: 2:45. No Burpees
Double Unders: 5X200 – rest 1:1 – 20 burpee penalty for every set that deviates +/- 5 sec. from the fastest set.
Avg: 3:30. No Burpees.
The whole thing felt very loose and easy.
