3, Handstand Push Ups- More HSPU count toward score, but anything less than 3 per round gets zero for that round.
Score is total number of Handstand push ups after WOD.
Did 31 HSPU and then had to switch to CF Pushups (35)
WOD #3:
5 rounds of:
2 x 25m sprints rest:10 sec
400m run
WOD #4:
5 rounds for quality
10 Toes-to-bar
10 Snatch balance @95lbs
