1 year anniversary joining Crossfit Bismarck.
A year ago, i did Mr Joshua. At the time the GHD sit-ups were done as abmats situps and deadlift weight was #105. Today i did the GHD situps on the GHD machine with full extension of the hips and #250 for the deadlift. My time was 22:00 even last year. This year: 21:23. Really happy about that
