"Freddy's 46"
Take 15 minutes to determine your best 3 rep max back squat.
Then...
Take 70-75% of your three rep max and perform 46 reps of back squat. Whenever you rack the bar, perform a 250m row at SPRINT PACE (!!!!!!). Post time and number of rows to comments.

#245/#185 4:14 with 1 x 250m row. Fun workout.

Tu as 15 minutes pour trouver ton max squats avec barre derriere les epaules. ensuite tu prends 75% de ce poids et tu fais 46 squats avec. Si tu pauses la barre, tu dois faire 250 m d'aviron en salle tres vite.
