Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
28:35 as Rx with rest included.
I dropped 5:08 compared to the last time i did this (Nov 2010). Feel pretty good about that

40 abdos
50 squats
repos 3 min
28 min 35 sec. j'ai ameliore mon temps precedent de plus de 5 min. suis donc assez content de moi.
