Thanks to the Filthy Fifty, i am pretty sore today. So i decided to lift.

Did Press: 2 x 5 @120; 1 x 8 @120
Back Squats: 2 x 5 @235; 1 x 8 @235
Deadlift: 3-3-3-3-3 (225-275-315-345-360)
