Five rounds for time of:
95 pound Thruster, 15 reps
15 Bar-facing burpees
15:43 Rx.
Tough one... Had to break those reps done. It was a nice challenge.


Aujourd'hui: 5 x ( 15 repetitions de thursters a 43kgs + 15 burpees + saut au dessus de la barre)
15 min 43 sec. Assez difficile.
