21-15-9 reps for time of:
24" box jumps
75 pounds power snatch
Chest to bar pull ups
8:20 Rx.
Workout felt good even though I did need some breaks. Still recovering from whatever I had this week (virus).
4 of my fellow crossfiters and myself, went then on a trail run of 4 miles. That was awesome.

21-15-9 répétitions chronométrées de:
60 cm box jumps
35 kgs Power snatch
Tractions ( poitrine doit toucher la barre a chaque fois)
8 min 20 sec.
Nous sommes ensuite allé sur un chemin de terre ou nous avons couru ( potes de gym) 7 kms.
Le tout avec un grand soleil et même un peu de chaleur. L'ete arrive...
