Today's WOD:
Box Jumps, KBS (Heavy), Pushups

Kettle Bell: 70 pounds
6:07. It was a really fun workout. Did it outside.
Then did 5 x 5 press (115-120-125-135-140), dead hang pull ups (3 x max reps: 14/10/11)

Sauts, Kettle Bell swings, pompes

Kettle Bell a 32 kgs
6 min 7 secondes. Cours super sympa car j'ai pu le faire dehors au soleil.
J'ai ensuite fais ma muscu (epaules) et puis tractions.
