May 21st, 2011

Today we did start with some training on the rings: support/ rowing/ pushups/ muscle ups progression. Then we did the WOD of the day: ran 1 mile for time. I did mine in 4:57 which is a PR for me. Pretty happy with the time.

Aujourd'hui nous avons tout d'abord commenced par des exercises sur anneaux. Nous avons ensuite fait l'entrainement du jour: courir 1650 metres le plus rapidement possible. Je l'ai fais en 4 min 57 secondes. Je suis asses content du temps.
