I really don't like not working out at Crossfit Bismarck.
Crossfit n'etait pas ouvert aujourd'hui vendredi alors suis alle a la gym de notre piscine... Pas top car personne que je connais et surtout ne sais pas trop quoi faire...
4 x (40 squats + 5 develope couche a 77kgs + 25 dips + 20 sauts a la corde (double) + 400 m course)
