Today was another Hero Wod. It is always an honor to work out in memory of someone that gave his/her life for our freedom.

Aujourd'hui nous avons eu le plaisir de faire un entrainement d'apres un hero de guerre mort en service. C'est toujours un honneur de travailler dur en sa memoire.
