Today's WOD:
Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
Weighted Pull-Ups 3-3-3-3-3-3

Deadlift: 270-285-295-315-325-345-365. My personal best before was 320. Since i've started Crossfit, i improved my deadlift by 145 pounds.
Weighted Pull-ups: 25/30/35/40/45/80 (2)

Aujourd'hui:
Souleve de terre 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
Tractions avec poids: 3-3-3-3-3-3

Souleve de terre: 123kgs-129-134-143-148-157-166. Mon precedent record etait de 145kgs.
Tractions avec veste de: 11kgs-14-16-19-21-36
