Snatch

The snatch is still pretty new to me and because of the overhead squat, i cannot do much weights.
85-95-100-105-110-115 (failed and hurt my right arm...)
Really frustrated with the lift and the fact that i know i can do better.
On the positive, it is sunny today and no more snow!!!!!!!!!
Mouvement d'halterophilie aujourd'hui. Difficile a realiser car nouveau.
