April 13th, 2011

Today: CrossFit Games Open 11.4
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar-facing burpees
120 pound Overhead squat, 30 reps
10 Muscle-ups
The Overhead squat are a weakness for me and so only did 65 pounds bar to make sure form was going to be good trough all the reps.
I did not finish the very first round... Did burpees/OHS and 5 muscle ups. Super Fun Workout!!!

Aujourd'hui au programme, le 4eme entrainement pour les Crossfit Games (CrossFit Games Open 11.4). cf video.
Burpees (Combinaison Pompes/Saut) + squats + traction/dips combo aux anneaux.
Super Fun!
