WOD of the day: Thursters 3-3-3-3-3-3-3
first time i do thrusters as a lift. I tried to keep a good form throughout and so the load (for some) may be on the light side.
65-95-115-125-130-135-145 (2 reps, fail 3rd)-145-95(10 reps).
