Strength: 1a. Push Press x 7, Push Jerk x 3, Split Jerk x 1; rest 3 Minutes x 5 complexes 125-135-145-150-155 Gymnastics: 200 Feet Handstand Walk for time. (Every time you fall, add 20sec to your total time.) Did at the gym (Space limited) 14:50. Could go for 25ft at a time. MetCon Open WOD 12.1 7 Min of Burpees Did 110. After all this, i am happy my wrist is holding up.

Monday February 2nd, 2015

Strength 1a. Hover Snatch. Build up to 1 RM. Went to #165 before stopping due to my hip hurting 1b. Overhead Squat. 4 x 5 @155, 2 x 2 @185, 1 x 1@195 Stopped due to the hip MetCon Open WOD 13.5 Got 77 reps (9 more than in 2013). Felt off for the C2B pull ups.

Today's WOD: Strength: Build a 1 RM Power Clean. Went to #225 before my lower back started to hurt. WOD #1: 20 Min Time Cap to complete 100 Thrusters @135. EMOM, 5 Burpees. Did 63 Thrusters within the time cap. A few months ago, i did the same word but with 20 DU EMOM instead of the burpees and got only 29 Thrusters. Yay me! WOD #2: 50 Chest-to-Bar Pull ups 20 Muscle Ups 50 Chest-to-Bar Pull Ups 19:16, Rx. Ideally, i needed about 3-4 hours to rest between to 2 words. i only took about 30 minutes due to schedule conflict. My arms were pretty tired from the thrusters but pretty happy about the volume done today. Feels great to give it your all towards something you really enjoy doing.

Had a wonderful day so far. I have been blessed with such a great community. Thank you everyone to make this day extra special. WOD 30 Ft Handstand Walk 2 Muscle Ups 30 Ft Handstand Walk 4 Muscle ups 30 Ft Handstand Walk 6 Muscle Ups 30 Ft Handstand Walk 8 Muscle Ups 30 Ft Handstand Walk 10 Muscle Ups 30 Ft Handstand Walk 11:21. Did all HS Walk unbroken. Very Stoked about it!
