Did Every 90 sec for 10 rounds: 3 Power cleans @165, 5 reverse grip chin up
En ce dimanche, je suis alle a urban:
5 x 3 rep de squats avec barre sur epaules a 125kgs
Faire toutes les 90 sec pendant 15 minutes: 15 souleves a l'epaule a 75kgs + 5 tractions
