The day before turning 35... I woke up today feeling tired and beat up. It happens sometimes. In our gym today we are re-doing the 4th Open workout from 2011: 10 Minutes AMRAP of 60 Bar Facing Burpees, 30 OHS @120, 10 Muscle Ups.
Back in 2011 i had to scale the OHS to #65 due to mobility issues. Even though i won't do the wod today, i know i have improved over the years in mobility, strength, agility and aerobic capacity work. Very thankful to have found Crossfit.
