Had a rough night with Aliese and Christian. Decided to skip on 5am class and go to the comp class of 7pm. Good choice! It was awesome! Warm Up/Skill 3 Rounds 30 Double Unders 20 Burpees Weightlifting Clean and Jerk, EOMOM 2×5 @ 70% (#135) 2×3 @ 75% (#155) 2×1 @ 80% (#185, 215) Efficiency Clean and Jerk, Every 90 seconds 3×10 @ 50% (#115, very hard) Conditioning AMRAP 10 minutes 10 Front Squats 185/115 20 Wall Balls 30 Double Unders Did 3 rounds + 6 FS. But only #165. Very humbling workout!
