Had a rough night with Aliese and Christian. Decided to skip on 5am class and go to the comp class of 7pm. Good choice!

Conditioning
AMRAP 10 minutes

20 Wall Balls
30 Double Unders
Did 3 rounds + 6 FS. But only #165.
Very humbling workout!
