It has been way too long... Between my wrist, work and the birth of Aliese, i have neglected you. I am sorry for that but i had some priority changed... Today is the first day back after a complete 2 weeks off: Strength 20min to find 1 rep max Back Squat (#305 -35lbs) 10 min to find 1 rep max Shoulder Press (#125 -30lbs) WOD Karen 6:57 Rx then EMOM alt 3 MU and 2 MU for a total of 30 Muscle Ups then EMOM for 15 min of 3 strict pull ups
