- Conditioning:
Run like “Fight Gone Bad”
-1 minute per movement with no rest between movements.
-1 minute rest following the completion of the entire round.
-3 rounds
-Score will be comprised as a Team score.
-5 to a Team
1. Row for Calories
2. Ab Mat Sit Ups
3. Box Jumps
4. Kettle Bell Swings
5. Wall Balls

- renforcement musculaire
À chaque minute pendant 10 minutes:
3 souleve à l'épaule jeté avec log
3 tractions sans swing avec les jambes

- entraînement
3 x (1min aviron de salle)
      (1min abdos)
      (1min saut sur box)
      (1min kettle Bell)
      (1min squats avec lance de med ball)
      (1min rest)
