20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds per movement with 1 minute rest between movements.

Entrainement
20sec de travail, 10 sec de recup, 8 fois. pour les exercises suivant:
1. Pompes en equilibre
2. Saut en hauteur, 76cm
3. Pendu a une barre, leve les pieds a la barre
4. Squats avec lancer de medecine ball a 14kgs
