Oly:
1) 7X1 3-Position Snatch (low to high) – heaviest possible, EMOM @ 105
2a) 3X3 Snatch Pulls – heavy, EOMOM DEMO VIDEO @ 105
2b) 3X3 Snatch Balance – heavy (no misses), EOMOM @ 105
2a and 2b run as superset.
Strength:
1) 7 minutes of Stone to Shoulder work (Up to 160lbs, PR)
2a) 3X3 Box Jump 30/24″ – EMOM
2b) 3X5 Front Squat @ 80% – EmOM @ 205

Conditioning:
12 minute AMRAP of:
