Death by log clean and press. Do 1 log clean and press + 1 strict pullups first minute. Do 2 in 2nd minute, 3 in third minute....
Did 1 rep thru 8 but stopped the pullups after 4. Took 2 min break then went 8-1 with again pullups from the 4 reps.
