1) 3X5 Snatch First-Pull (stopping at the knees) – heavier than 1RM Snatch (110% +) – Every 60 seconds (5 minutes)

2) Snatch: 3 @ 70%, 2 @ 80%, 1 @ 90%, 2 @ 85% – Every 90 seconds (6 minutes)
Skill
5 minutes Free-standing Handstand, Shoulder Touch practice.
5 minutes Toes to Bar, Knees to Elbows
