Hello everyone,
After an hectic summer with busy work, my family and i have moved to Scottsdale, Arizona where i am the assistant swim coach for the Grand Canyon University.
Yesterday was the first crossfit workout i had done for weeks.
WOD #1:
10 min AMRAP of
5 Pull Ups
10 Toes to Bar
15 Squats
50m Run
8 rounds RX (it was 104 degrees outside where i did that. I used monkey bars we have at the pool to do the pull ups and toes to bar)
WOD #2:
10 x 100 @1:45 Swim. Do 2 100s hard/100 easy and repeat
