5 x 3 reps
225-250-275-300(F)-280

WOD#2: 10 rounds for time
10 Ground-to-Overhead 45lbs plate
40 ft foot carry 35lbs plate (one on each hand)
if you drop the weight, do 5 burpees over the plate
9:26 Rx (w/ 40 burpees)...
