Start with 3 reps of each then do 6 then 9....
Did 3, 6, 9, 12 15 reps + 10 thursters or 100 reps total, as Rx.
This was the last wod for qualifying for the open CF games...
To resume, tomorrow is my first day of training to make it to regionals next year.
