OHS today... Didn't want to do a lot. I have not take a day off in a while. I thought this was good enough for today...
WOD #1: OHS
10-10-10- (65/75/85)
5-5-5- (115/135/155)
3-3-3- (175/185/195)
1-1- (205 (PR)/ 210 (M))

I am super happy i did 205. My legs were wobbley but got down and up. SWEET!
