5 sets @125- 3 sets @135- 1set @140- 1 set @145
WOD#2:
5 x 10 Press @95# + 10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
with 1 min rest between set
WOD#3:
Bench Press 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2
5 sets @190- 5 sets @195.
Probably my best bench press set since i've started CF. Cool!
