Team WOD
Max deadlift reps for 15 min.
Rest 1 min
Max clean and jerk reps for 10 min.
Rest 30 sec
Max Burpees reps for 5 min.
Team of 3. For the dl and C&J, only one person at a time can lift. We will use a weight that everyone can do on the team. For the Burpees, everyone go.
We only had 2 people to make our team: Luke and I. Luke did an awesome job during the deadlift and clean and jerk to allow me to rest a little bit more in order to finish the Burpees.
Our score: 397 deadlifts at 185, 93 clean and jerk at 135 and 136 Burpees.
Good job to team Kim for winning this challenge. Kim was with alanna and Cindy. Congrats also to the 2nd team: team karry (karry, Cathy and shannon).
