Thank you Crossfit. You have changed my life in so many ways. First and foremost, I want to say thank you for getting me in the best shape of my life. I also want to thank you for allowing me to meet some of the greatest people on earth. We have a lot of crossfiters at our gym that may not look like your typical athlete but I can assure you that we have no quitters. We have a lot of athletes that work so hard and are so dedicated to their health. It is so inspiring.
After doing crossfit for a year, I will never go back to my old way and I will keep trying to better myself in honor of all you crossfit Bismarck. Thank you so much for being here and thank you for letting me be a part of your daily routine.
Merry Xmas!
