We just did like the song. I dont know the song... but i can tell you that it is longer than you would like it to be...

1 Power Snatch #95
2 Ring Dips
3 Burpees
4 Pull-ups
5 Knees-to-Elbows
6 Push-ups
7 Air Squat
8 Jumping Lunges
9 Box Jumps 24"
10 Wall Ball #20
11 KBS #53
12 Thursters #95
15:42 as Rx
Basically you start with 1 power snatch, then 2 ring dips/1 power snatch, then, 3 burpees/ 2 rings dips/1 power snatch... do this all the way down to 12 thrusters and make your way to 1 power snatch.
