The first picture is the machine i used to do a bench press wod. this was the only workout i could do during that week... The other two pictures represent some of the things i was "forced" to eat: Great meals and delicious deserts... Thanks Crossfit for all you have done and all you are about to do for me and my health.
Today's wod:
WOD #1: 4 rounds of 7 power cleans/7 Overhead Squats @ 95#
WOD #2: Deadlift, 5 x 5 reps. I decided to start high and go for 25 reps at higher load.
