Met Tyler Gilbert from Phoenix. He is a crossfitter and stopped by today to train with us.
We did 7 rounds of 7 handstand pushups + 7 pistols. Fun workout!
Then i did first Grace with #115 in 1:58. I thought the #135 recommended weight was going to be too much for a faster time... did feel like a wuss so i waited another hour and did Grace again with #135 (3:02).
Grace is 30 reps at 135 of Clean and jerk
