I purposely choose a "lighter" weight to work on form and wanted to do them unbroken. I was also helping others doing their workout so the time might be a bit slower. I did the hang and mid-thigh ones almost unbroken. the squat snatch were tough but i believe i had good form.

J'ai trouve 3 crossfits en france. Crossfit Bordeaux, Crossfit Montpellier et Crossfit Villeparisis. Si vous chercher sur internet une version francaise de ce qu'est Crossfit, allez voir sur ces sites. Ils sont en francais et copient ce que nous faisons ici.
