Tabata Run
Did tabata style sprint from my house to Crossfit gym (2.5 miles).
Then Front Squat (3-3-3-3-3)
155-185-205- 225(2)-215(F)
Then did tabata style sprint from Crossfit to my house.

4 kms course (17 min)
ensuite squat avec barre sur le dessus des epaules
5 sets de 3 reps
70kgs- 84- 93- 102(2 reps)- 98 (echec)
4 kms course (15 min)
